During your consultation, Holly Hines will analyze your case and provide immediate feedback as to what your options are under the Bankruptcy Code. This meeting should not take more than an hour.

You should bring a completed Intake Questionnaire (we'll email this to you to fill out prior to your consultation), current credit report and copies of any bills and other outstanding debts. Based on the information provided, your attorney will advise you on which chapter of the Bankruptcy Code to file for your particular situation and provide you with a preliminary estimate of how much you can expect to pay for your bankruptcy. Chapter 7 filings are just $995* plus required credit counseling and court filing fees.

After your attorney has provided his feedback, you will be asked to collect additional supporting documents needed to complete and file your bankruptcy petition.

Once you have everything ready, let us know and we will arrange to obtain your documents. Your attorney will then prepare your bankruptcy petition for your review and signature. It can take anywhere from one to two weeks for preparation of your petition. Due to the uniqueness of each case, it is very common for us to have a few more questions or to need some more documents prior to completing your petition.
